Unlike any other diet program the 90X diet program is a technique that aims to target the different muscle groups in the body as well as toning your entire physique. And with the 90X?s designed routines, one is sure that the different muscle groups in the body are being worked out. The 90X diet is made up of 3 phase workouts. One chooses where they want to begin with according to their body and physique. The three phase workouts are the ?Classic?, ?Lean?, and ?Doubles?.
?Classic? Workout
This is where people usually start when people plan to start this program, it target and focuses on developing the body?s muscles and then helps burn fats. ?Classic? workout needs 1 hr and 30 min. while the longest routine is the Yoga. The schedule for this is as follows.
Mondays will start on abs enhancement and resistance workouts, Tuesday will be focusing on cardio workouts, Wednesday will follow Monday?s schedule routines, Thursday is the Yoga exercise comprises of stretching and balancing, Friday again similar to Monday schedule, Saturday is cardio exercises and Sunday is day off. ?Classic? exercises are recommended for first timers.
The ?Lean?
The second phase of the 90X diet is called the ?Lean? wherein it entails more cardio exercises. This is recommended for people to lose weight than build muscle, however this is not to say that it does not develop muscle. Cardio workouts rapidly burns fats thus the weight loss. Again, like the ?classic? workout , this entails one hour and thirty minutes, the schedule is as follows, Monday focuses on core exercises and cardio workout, Tuesday is purely on cardio, Wednesday for abs development and resistance, Thursday focuses on Yoga like stretching and balancing technique, Friday will follow Wednesday schedule, Saturday again follows Tuesday schedule and Sunday is your day off. Notice that the ?lean? workout comprises more of cardio which helps one to lose weight rapidly.
?Doubles?
This 3rd phase may be quite challenging and it will take a whole lot of motivation and discipline to be successful with this workout. This takes two hours and twenty minutes distributed throughout the day, morning focuses on cardiovascular exercise and then resistance exercise and abs workout later in the afternoon. For the schedule, Monday morning for cardio workouts, afternoon resistance and abs exercises, Tuesday morning and in the afternoon is allotted for cardio, Wednesday morning schedule would be for cardiovascular exercise and the afternoon schedule is for abs workout and resistance exercise, Thursday AM is for cardio and PM is allotted for Yoga, Friday similar with Monday, Saturday for cardio and Sunday is your day off.
