Reporting to the HR Manager South/Western Region, this site based Human Resources Advisory role will have day-to-day operational responsibility for providing advice and support to three sites across the region. In this broad generalist role, you will be required to support recruitment, employee relations, performance management and organisational development and training activities, whilst?ensuring that national human resources strategies are implemented and local goals and initiatives are achieved.?Working independently, with the support of a wider HR community, you will be considered a trusted business partner and coach to the state and executive management teams and their employees.??

Tertiary qualified in human resources or a related discipline, you present with a broad generalist skills set and demonstrated capability in building relationships and delivering results in a fast-paced and commercial business. You have an excellent knowledge of current workplace legislation and are experienced in effectively managing operational delivery of a full range of HR services. Interpersonally you impress as a self-motivated and customer-focused professional, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation and commitment to sharing HR best practice.?
