AT&T announced this morning that it has turned on its LTE network in 3 new cities and also announced that several more will receive the high speed network by the end of the year.
Here are the 3 new cities that now have AT&T LTE:
- Omaha, Nebraska
- Anchorage, Alaska
- Modesto, California
- Jacksonville, Florida
- Bridgeport, Connecticut
- Bakersfield, California
- Syracuse, New York
So if you're in any of those cities, congrats as you'll be able to take advantage of the high speeds. The places that AT&T announced will receive LTE by the end of 2012 are:
- Albuquerque, New Mexico
- Allentown, Pennsylvania
- Boise, Idaho
- Portland, Oregon
- Sacramento, California
- Salinas-Seaside-Monterey, California
- Seattle, Washington
- Grand Rapids, Michigan
- Hawaii (the whole state)
- Tucson, Arizona
- Hartford, Connecticut
- Knoxville, Tennessee
- Louisville, Kentucky
- Memphis, Tennessee
- Tulsa, Oklahoma
- Green Bay, Wisconsin
- El Paso, Texas
- Little Rock, Arkansas

In addition, AT&T has expanded their service in Northern Montgomery County and Northern New Jersey.
